The Department of Computer Science and Engineering of VAST TC organized an Alumni meet on 11^th January 2025 from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM. The Convener of this program was Dr.C.Brijilal Ruban, HoD CSE, VAST TC and the Coordinator was Ms. Beena V R, Assistant Professor CSE, VAST TC. The Program started at 6.00 PM. The welcome address was given by Ms. Beena V R. Dr. C Brijilal Ruban, HoD CSE, talked about the relevance of alumni meet and encouraged the alumni to share their professional knowledge by participating in events that will be organized in the department and to be the resource persons especially for motivational and placement oriented programs. Also, HoD explained about the activities related to admission 2025 and requested alumni involvement in these activities to promote the institution. Ms. Beena V R asked students to share their ideas for the betterment of the college and sought suggestions for fundraising for the department library. Ms.Ansha Shakeer, AP/CSE, Ms.Rejin Moncy, AP/CSE and Ms. Sansya Vijayan, AP/CSE attended the program. Students from 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 batches attended the program. Ms.Krishnapriya (2017), Mr. Praveen P (2018), Ms.Sandra (2019) and Ms.Keerthi (2020) talked as representatives of their respective batches. Dr. C Brijilal Ruban, HoD CSE, expressed his happiness in reconnecting with the students. The program ended at 7.00 PM with vote of thanks by Ms. Ansha Shakeer , Advisor of the 2019 batch.
