Dr. K. Sargunan, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus, has published a review paper titled “Agricultural Waste: Hevea brasiliensis and Bagasse Ash Performance in Concrete” in the International Journal of Science and Research Archive in May 2026. The publication highlights the potential use of agricultural waste materials, such as Hevea brasiliensis and bagasse ash, in concrete applications, thereby contributing to sustainable and ecofriendly construction practices. The review paper focuses on the performance characteristics and benefits of incorporating these waste materials in the construction industry, thereby promoting sustainable engineering solutions.
