An All-Staff Meeting was conducted at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus (VAST-TC), Kilimanoor, on September 18, 2026, at 12:30 PM at the ME Seminar Hall.

The meeting was organized to mark the official closure of the Admission 2026 process and to formally commence preparations for the Admission 2027 process.

The meeting was attended by Shri. Suresh Lal, Executive Director, VICT; Dr. Shalij P. R., Academic Director; Dr. Ansamma John, Principal; and Brig. K. S. Shaji, Director, VAST-TC, along with the Heads of Departments and staff members.

The session provided an opportunity to review the completion of the Admission 2026 activities and initiate the planning and coordination required for the upcoming Admission 2027 process. The meeting also highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts among the various departments and staff in supporting the institution's admission and academic activities.

During the meeting, appreciation was presented in recognition of excellence in the Admission Campaign 2026 and excellence in academics. The recognition acknowledged the contributions and efforts of staff members towards strengthening the institution's admission activities and academic performance.
