The “LEAD UP!” Execom Training and Leadership Session, led by Dr. Lekshmy S, VSAC Travancore Hub, was organized on 19 August 2026 exclusively for the IEEE Executive Committee members. The session focused on strengthening leadership skills and improving the functioning of the IEEE Student Branch. Dr. Lekshmy S shared valuable guidance on effective team coordination, membership development, planning and execution of activities, and bringing meaningful improvements to IEEE initiatives at the college level. Discussions on annual planning, effective execution of events, and strategies for increasing student participation and membership provided the Execom members with new ideas and motivation to take up their responsibilities more effectively. The session aimed to empower the student leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and direction required to lead the Student Branch successfully.
