The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, Technical Campus (VAST TC), Kilimanoor, successfully organized a Workshop on Fusion 360 at AKM Polytechnic College, Kannanalloor, Kollam.

The workshop was led by Asst. Prof. Sajith from the Mechanical Engineering Department of VAST TC Kilimanoor. He provided an insightful introduction to Fusion 360, a cloud-based 3D CAD, CAM, and CAE software widely used for product design and engineering applications. The session included hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations, helping students grasp key design concepts and software functionalities.

A large number of diploma students actively participated in the workshop, gaining valuable skills in computer-aided design and manufacturing. The session was part of VAST TC Kilimanoor’s initiative to promote technical skill development and foster academic collaboration between institutions.The faculty and students of AKM Polytechnic College appreciated the engaging and informative session, recognizing its significance in the ever-evolving field of mechanical design and engineering.
