The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an insightful online webinar on the topic "Applications of Robotics in Mechanical Engineering" on 22nd March 2025 (Saturday) at 7:30 p.m. via Google Meet. The session was led by Mr. Thoufeek N A, an esteemed alumnus of the 2017-2021 batch (Mechanical Engineering). Mr.Thoufeek currently serves as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Vashishtha Research Centre – Robotics and Composite Manufacturing Technology.
The webinar aimed to expose students to real-world applications and innovations in the field of robotics, specifically focusing on its integration within mechanical engineering practices. Mr. Thoufeek shared his industry experiences, shedding light on cutting-edge developments and how robotics is transforming manufacturing and design processes.
