Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus, Kilimanoor hosted College day “VYUHA 2K23” & Scholarship Distribution Day 2k23 on 17th June, 2023. The trust and management of Vidya had invited 36, 2021 (LET students) and 2022 batch, VAST TC students and their parents to receive the Vidya scholarships. Dr. Shalij P.R. Dean, (Research) APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala and Mr. Dev Mohan, Actor, Indian Cinema were the prominent guests for the function. Principal Dr. T. Mathavaraj Ravikumar, Sri. Prakash Nadesan Ex-Executive Member, VICT, Sri. Brig. K. S. Shaji (Director, VAST TC), Sri. Raveendran P (Scholarship Committee Convenor,VAST TC), Sri. T.R. Manoj (Kilimanoor Grama Panchayat President),Smt. Suma Devi T.R (Ward Member, Panappamkunnu), Sri. V. Prasad (PTA President, VAST TC), Mr. Adwaith B.T.(Convener, VYUHA 2023), Sri. D. Prajaraj, Scholarship Committee Member, VAST TC, Trust Members, parents, faculty members, staff and students of VAST-TC graced the occasion.The programme started at 9:30AM with a prayer song. Dr. T. Mathavaraj Ravikumar, Principal welcomed the gathering and Sri. Prakash Nadesan, Ex-Executive Member, VICT delivered the presidential address and briefed the audience about the activities and achievements of the Vidya charitable trust.The Scholarship Distribution Function was formally inaugurated by Dr. Shalij P.R. Dean, (Research) APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala. He congratulated VAST TC for setting an example by providing scholarships to meritorious and economically backward students.The College Day Function “VYUHA 2K23” was formally inaugurated by Mr. Dev Mohan, Actor, Indian Cinema. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to be invited as a special guest, As he is the alumni of Vidya Institute of Science and Technology, Thrissur, a sister institution of VAST TC. He congratulated the college for completing 10 glorious years. He also interacted with the students, parents and staff.Next we had Felicitations by K. S. Shaji (Director, VAST TC), Sri. Raveendran P (Scholarship Committee Convenor,VAST TC), Sri. T.R. Manoj (Kilimanoor Grama Panchayat President),Smt. Suma Devi T.R (Ward Member, Panappamkunnu), Sri. V. Prasad (PTA President, VAST TC), Mr. Adwaith B.T.(Convener, VYUHA 2023) all expressed their happiness as college completed a decade and also congratulated all the students for receiving the scholarship.After that the VICT Scholarships were distributed to the students. A  total of 36 students received the scholarships.

After the Scholarship Distribution Function around 12:00 PM the College day function “VYUHA 23” commenced with cultural events. The Pro Show started at 4:30PM. This show created history by roping 8 eminent artists from all over Kerala. The artists were: Fejo, Mubassok, DJ Sha, Harish, Adarsh, Hanan Shaah, Dabzee and Ribin Richard. The show was attended by 2000 people. The show got over at 9:30PM.
