The International Women’s Day celebration was organized by the Student Steering committee at Vidya Academy of Science & Technology Technical campus Kilimanoor on 8th March, 2022.The purpose of celebrating Women’s Day is – To raise awareness about the status and dignity of women among the students. Students distributed chocolate along with women’s day quotes to all lady staff. At the beginning of the program our respected Principal Sir Dr.T.Madhavaraj Ravikumar gave a short speech on Women’s day. The main objective of this function was to create awareness of gender equality for a healthy society. Also, the milestone to be reached is the basic information for a girl child in every family education will increase awareness among the society which will further result in overall development of the nation and its community.
