Students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus (VAST TC) have achieved a notable accomplishment in the Young Innovators Programme (YIP) 8.0.

Ms. Divya M D, Ms. Anusree S, Ms. Devika Deepu and Ms. Devananda P Anil from S6 CSE A have been selected as District Winners in YIP 8.0 for their innovative idea. As part of this recognition, the team is eligible to receive a cash prize of up to ₹25,000.

The Young Innovators Programme (YIP), an initiative of the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) under the Government of Kerala, aims to encourage students to develop innovative solutions to real-life challenges and nurture a culture of creativity and problem-solving among youth.
