Ms. Anjana N, Assistant Professor from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus, Kilimanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, has completed a Six-Day Online International Faculty Development Programme. The FDP titled "Transforming Higher Education: Innovative Pedagogies, AI Integration, and Global Best Practices" was conducted from 29th June to 4th July 2026. The certificate was issued on 19th July 2026.

The programme was jointly organized by Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic University, Tirana, Albania, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai, Kerala. The FDP aimed to enhance teaching effectiveness by introducing faculty members to modern pedagogical techniques, the role of Artificial Intelligence in education, and global best practices.
