Each and every year Vayanavaram is celebrating from 19^th June 2025 to 25^th June 2025 by the Government of Education, State of Kerala in memory of P.N Panikkar (demised on 19 June 1995), the father of Library Movement in Kerala. The Central Library Conducted Essay Writing Competition and Shri P.N Panikkar remembrance function on 25 June 2025.
