The Department of Computer Science and Engineering successfully organized its Alumni Meet on 18th March 2026 through Google Meet, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The virtual gathering witnessed enthusiastic participation from 35 alumni, making it a memorable and engaging event.
The program began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Beena V R, Assistant Professor and coordinator of the event. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of nurturing a strong, active alumni network and expressed her happiness at reconnecting with former students.
The Head of the Department delivered the presidential address, Dr. C. Brijilal Ruban. He highlighted the significance of alumni involvement in the department's growth and encouraged participants to maintain ongoing engagement and extend their support to future initiatives. His inspiring words motivated alumni to stay connected and contribute meaningfully to the institution.
Faculty members Ms. Jisha Raj, Ms. V. Sansya Vijayan, and Ms. Rajalekshmi J also took part in the event, representing various batches and strengthening the bond between the department and its graduates.
A key highlight of the meet was the interactive session in which alumni shared their professional journeys, achievements, and industry insights. Their valuable suggestions and experiences made the session informative and inspiring for both faculty and fellow alumni.
