Seven Faculty members of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus have completed various 12-Weeks NPTEL online certification courses offered through the SWAYAM platform, showcasing the department’s strong commitment towards academic excellence and continuous professional development.

Dr. C. Brijilal Ruban, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, completed the course ‘Computer Networks and Internet Protocol’ and secured an Elite Certification.

Faculty members Ms. Beena V. R, Ms. Sansya Vijayan, Ashily M. Baby, Ms. Saranya Raj S, Ms. Haritha P. G, and Ms. Anju M. R also completed several prestigious certification courses, including ‘Computer Networks and Internet Protocol’, ‘Mathematical Foundations of Machine Learning, Deep Learning’, ‘Cloud Computing, Blockchain and its Applications’, ‘Compiler Design’, and ‘Problem Solving Through Programming in C’.

Several faculty members earned Elite Certifications and secured commendable scores in their respective courses. These achievements reflect the department’s active involvement in upgrading technical knowledge, exploring emerging technologies, and promoting a culture of lifelong learning and innovation.
